As the Studio Coordinator you will be responsible for making sure that the studio runs smoothly with a high level of effectiveness and communication.
You will assist and manage the financial administration and general administration support for the team and directly report to the MD & EP.
Within the role you will: Organise and implement studio operations and processes, HR support, Leadership team support including travel, planning events, assist with project support and general administrative support.

In order to be successful in this role proven experience as an Office or Studio Coordinator preferably in a studio or agency environment  is needed along with:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise workflow
  • Proven, strong time management and efficiency skills
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities at once and deal well with pressure
  • Solutions focused outlook and positive attitude
  • Desire for a fast paced studio environment
  • Passion to help facilitate the growth of individuals and team’s

Essentially, this role assists everyone in the studio to do their job well. You will be someone who takes pride in keeping the team together and operating at a high level .You will use our systems to successfully financial administration timesheeting and HR support.

You will make sure the team submits hours accurately  so that reporting and invoicing can run smoothly. You will also be key to developing and supporting a positive internal culture by welcoming new team members to our studio and leading our induction process.  You will work with the Studio Operations Manager in NZ to implement professional development planning for the team along with any other HR related initiatives. The planning of activities and events will also be your domain and something you are a natural at.
