Resn is looking for a junior/mid creative developer to join the team at our studio in Amsterdam.

What sets you apart is your ability to make the frontend come to life through code-driven animations. You have a keen visual eye and understand the importance of making it look amazing. You care as much about the visuals as you do about the code.
You possess a deep understanding about the limitations of browsers and devices as you try to squeeze every drop of performance out of them. You are passionate and driven to make the best interactive experiences on the planet.

You are responsible and reliable. You take ownership of your work, can estimate new requirements / tasks accurately at the drop of a hat and can communicate and collaborate effectively in a team structure.

Requirements

• Supporting in making animations for the web, both physics-based and time-based
• Starting level knowledge with WebGL/Three.js and writing shaders
• Supporting in setting up the frontend architecture for complex interactive web applications
• Supporting in architecture like state management, loading strategy, separation of concerns
• Initial understanding of the 3D production pipeline
• Doesn't shy away from using CSS/DOM-based approaches when it's the right tool for the job
• Good understanding of CSS and HMTL 
• Knowledge of libraries like THREE, GSAP, Pixi
• Knowledge of Node.js and tools like Webpack, Gulp

Bonus points

• Prior working experience in creating interactive experiences
• Experience with Adobe After Effects
• Good understanding of mathematical concepts
